The person who has blocked you might still appear here even if they have blocked you, but, you will not be able to message them. It may be because of multiple reasons: tech glitch, receiver offline or you’ve been blocked. When looking at these icons from your friends list, these sybols will appear grey. As soon as you send the message (if you have a good internet connection), one grey tick will appear below your text.
